This Privacy Policy explains how SuburbChooser.com Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the POP3 to Gmail Import service.

Information We Collect

• Google account identifiers from OAuth (such as email address, name, and profile picture).
• POP3 server configuration (host, port, SSL setting, username).
• POP3 passwords (client-encrypted before upload).
• OAuth access and refresh tokens (encrypted before storage).
• Import status data, including message headers (from, subject, date, size) and error notes.
• Operational logs necessary to run the service (for example, error messages).

How We Use Information

• Authenticate you and connect to Gmail using OAuth.
• Connect to your POP3 server and import messages to Gmail.
• Show import progress and errors in the app.
• Send Gmail notifications when messages are oversized or invalid.

Data Storage and Security

• POP3 passwords and OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage.
• POP3 passwords are removed from Firestore after the service reads them.
• The service stores operational state in SQLite on the server.
• We do not store email message content beyond the import process.

Data Sharing

• Google APIs (Gmail API, Firebase/Firestore) are required to provide the service.
• Your POP3 server receives connections using the credentials you provide.
• We do not sell your information or share it with other third parties.

International Data Transfers

The service operates in Australia (New South Wales). Firestore data is stored in the eur3 region (Belgium and the Netherlands). Your information may be processed in these locations.

Data Retention

• POP3 credentials and related notification history are removed when you delete a POP3 configuration.
• Import status data is removed when you delete the corresponding POP3 configuration.
• OAuth tokens are removed when you request account deletion.

Your Choices

• You can delete POP3 configurations at any time in the app.
• You can request account deletion in the app to remove stored credentials and tokens.
