These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the POP3 to Gmail Import service operated by SuburbChooser.com Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The service is available to anyone with a Gmail account.

Service Description

• The service connects to a POP3 mailbox you configure and imports messages into your Gmail account.
• Messages successfully imported to Gmail are deleted from the POP3 server.
• Oversized or invalid messages are left on the POP3 server and a notification is sent to Gmail.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate POP3 configuration details and maintain access to your Gmail account.
• Use the service only for mailboxes you are authorized to access.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Fees

The service is currently provided free of charge.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on Google APIs and your POP3 provider. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Termination and Deletion

• You can delete POP3 configurations at any time in the app.
• You can request account deletion in the app to remove stored credentials and tokens.
• We may suspend or terminate the service at any time without notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all messages will be imported successfully.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuburbChooser.com Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in New South Wales, Australia, and governed by the laws of New South Wales. You and we agree to waive any right to a class action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page.
